“Not enabled” means the rollout flag is off in this staging environment. “Upcoming” means the capability is not implemented yet. Residential tenants do not incur a SaaS subscription charge; portal access depends on the workspace rollout.
Pricing is based on your workspace plan and the number of active rental units you manage. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.
Each independently rentable property or unit recorded in your workspace counts once. A vacant unit still counts while it is actively managed. Archived records do not count. Tenovra’s current model stores one rentable unit per property record.
Organisation administrators can update plan and property capacity from Billing. Changes apply after Stripe confirms the payment and subscription update.
Landlord and Agency annual estimates apply a 15% discount and are billed upfront. Enterprise discounts are only set in a signed quote.
No. Residential tenants do not get a separate SaaS subscription. Portal access is tied to a tenancy and becomes available when that workspace feature is enabled.
Landlord plans support up to 15 active properties. Agency supports up to 500. Above those limits, existing data remains available and new active properties require a suitable plan or contracted Enterprise capacity.
Yes. After email verification and workspace setup, Landlord and Agency plans are activated through Stripe checkout. Applicable GST is calculated at checkout.
